What you should know
Number of people: How many people does die Schüür admit to the Hirschpark or its rooms?
The Schüür zum Hirschpark has several rooms, so it quickly becomes cozy. The aperitif / party room (above) can become "homey" for 30 or more people. Think of the attractions you are planning for your event. It has a maximum capacity of 80 people (approved by the fire police).
The dinner room (below) has a capacity for 150 people in catering seating. With such a large number, we recommend that you rent the entire infrastructure (including aperitif / party room & dinner room) so that there is a certain circulation at your event. The gazebo in the background of the Schüür to the deer park is also available to you in summer.
Catering & drinks: What about the catering or drinks, can you use your own catering or drinks supplier?
Basically, the Schüür zum Hirschpark is rented out as infrastructure and space. It is designed so that you choose your own catering and drinks supplier. If you have any questions or would like to make use of our experience and recommendations, we will be happy to help you. You can already find recommendations online under the heading Partner . We know no pin money.
Viewing options: When can the Schüür zum Hirschpark be visited without obligation?
We would be happy to welcome you for a non-binding visit on Mondays and Tuesdays between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. Please arrange a non-binding appointment with us.

Decoration: How is the Schüür zum Hirschpark decorated? Is the renter responsible for this?
In principle, each tenant is responsible for his own decoration. There is a simple, seasonal decoration.
We refer to the guidelines of the cantonal building insurance. See here in the Documents Center .
Cleaning: How about cleaning the infrastructure?
The Schüür zum Hirschpark is taken over cleaned and must be handed over again afterwards. We offer an additional service here, the cleaning service. For a deposit of CHF 200.-- in advance, the infrastructure can be cleaned by the deer park at an hourly rate of CHF 40.-- per hour. The billing takes place according to expenditure.
Cleaning service: does it have to be cleaned by the tenant himself, or can it also be done by the Schüür zum Hirschpark?

Cleaning material: We would like to clean the door to the Hirschpark ourselves. How about the cleaning material? Is this provided including their cleaning supplies?
Die Schüür zum Hirschpark provides vacuum cleaners, brooms and their accessories as well as the basic cleaning agents can do independently. Should you be undecided wir offer you our cleaning service.
Police Hour: What About the Police & Curfew?
There are no police or curfew hours at the Schüür zum Hirschpark. From our point of view, this is one of the big USPs along with all the other advantages.
Beverages: How is this related to the beverages? Does it have to be obtained from Hirschpark or a partner?
Basically, the Schüür zum Hirschpark is rented out as infrastructure and space. It is designed so that you choose your own catering and drinks supplier. If you have any questions or would like to make use of our experience and recommendations, we will be happy to help you. We have a drinks supplier from which you can obtain preferential terms. Corkage: Is there a duty to pay corkage due to the very open art that the Hirschpark has?
There is no corkage obligation. This is one of our big USP's.
Heating: How is the heating in the Schüür zum Hirschpark? Is this included?
All rooms, i.e. the party room and dinner room, have heating which is included in the rental price. The anteroom is "cosily" heated via wood stove. (The wood is provided). This creates a successful atmosphere. There are no additional costs.

What you should know
Round tables with chairs & covers: Are the beautiful round tables included in your photos?
These round tables and the white tablecloths, their chairs and covers can be rented if required. The deer park has corresponding patterns, which can be viewed during the visit. We will be happy to help you or our partner Huber Event AG on preferential terms. Ask for a non-binding offer.
Table size: How big are the tables available in the Hirschpark?
Complete tables & chairs with seat backs (1.65mx 0.83m equals 6 people). Various bench sets (2.2mx 0.79m corresponds to 8 to 10 people).
Tablecloths: How big do the tablecloths have to be? Are they possibly available for rent?
Unfortunately we cannot provide you with the tablecloths. Our partner the Huber Event AG
I'm happy to help. We recommend the tablecloth size in the respective table length with a width of 1.20m.
Music Equipment: Questions about music equipment
Aperitif / party room (room upstairs):
What music equipment is available in the aperitif & party room (room upstairs)?
4 professional speakers, 1 power amplifier, 1 amplifier
Connection via Bluetooth and 1 connection panel so that your smartphone, notebook, MP3 player, iPod, tablet, etc. can be connected via cinch cable or via XLR if required. You must bring the cinch cable between the end devices you have brought with you.
Dinner Room (Room Below):
What is available in the room below?
12 loudspeakers, 1 power amplifier, 1 amplifier
Connection via Bluetooth and 1 connection panel so that your smartphone, notebook, MP3 player, iPod, tablet, etc. can be connected via cinch cable or via XLR if required. You must bring the cinch cable between the end devices you have brought with you.
Both rooms:
Microphone: What about microphone and its connections? Is there such a thing?
Microphone equipment is not available. However, their connections are available in the upper room via XLR.
Microphone connections: What connections does the microphone equipment have? (technical name)
Microphone connection is an XLR plug.
Solo entertainer, small band: Can your musicians use our music infrastructure?
Yes. Our systems are constructed and designed in such a way that your entertainers can easily control our equipment and all loudspeakers via an XLR panel.
They are professional solutions for pure partying! You save the rental costs for the music equipment. If you have further needs, ask us or our partner without hesitation.
WiFi: Is WiFi available in the Schüür zum Hirschpark?
There is currently no dedicated WiFi in our infrastructure. Around the Schüür to the Hirschpark, Swisscom has good, public 4G UMTS/LTE coverage. This allows you to connect to the Internet via UMTS stick or via an embedded notebook. Also think of today's alternative of connecting the notebook to the smartphone via titration.
Electricity/electrical installation: What are the power connections?
Outside:
1 x CEE 16A - at the entrance
1 x Gifas electrical distributor with several connection options (230V, T15, 3x 380V) - in the outside area (behind the Schüür to the deer park)
Indoor:
2 x CEE 32A - dinner room
1 x T15 - party room
2 x T15 - in the anteroom
1 x CEE 32A - in the anteroom
The entire infrastructure also has a number of 230V connections.
